In short: Have done this race three times (did not do it in 2009)
In full: I have done this three times in the past 2007 /2008 and this year. The race itself is challenging and rewarding to the fact that you have completed it, as it can be hilly in places and the last three miles are difficult. In the past you received a medal with a stamp on it to say it is the Anglesy Marathon this year totally blank you weren't given a T shirt which they also did in 2008 along with the medal. No showers and also no soup for the finishers in which I was looking forward to after a hard 26 miles. As for the race itself it is very good with lots of water stations and encouragement given from the local villages' when you pass through. A very small field of runners so it can get lonly along the way if you are on your own.I would do this race again but lets have a few things better at the finish.
