In short: Good confidence booster for FLM, albeit a painful one !
In full: I was disappointed with my time (2:55), but I've been training on flat courses for 6 months so it serves me right ! Even the shorter hills proved too much for me towards the end, but the marshalls were giving great encouragement. Might do it again now I know what to expect.

In short: New course, a lot more punishing, PB ? No chance !
In full: I will probably run this again next year, but was a bit miffed to find that the course had changed again to one that was significantly different from last years. It was a lot more hilly and therefore my training was inadequate. The heat did not help either, but it was the up/down course that really threw me.
