In short: Needed more shelter! In full: A good way to spend a sunday morning, the route was good on the first lap but became tedious on the second especially as you knew what was coming (that bit across the open field)where at one point I thought I was running on the spot!! The marshalls were very encouraging despite the weather. I ran 5 mins slower than last year which I do put down to the weather. I will be including this run into my weekly training though!! Thanks Date of review: November 7, 2005
