In full: Hill, mud, rivers, bogs, cow pats.. but all in an excellent run in the country. What more would you want to do on a sunday morning! Great atmosphere and friendly marshalls! Bring on next year.... :-)

In short: Mud glorious mud!
In full: Well I did the Salamon Hell Raiser a few weeks back and I didnt think this could be as muddier or as hard.. how wrong was I.. It was even harder work, with more mud, extra cow patts, bogs and hills to contend with. Overall though an excellent way to spend a sunday. Even the wait at the ditch was a welcome breather! I cant wait untill next year!!

In short: Excellent fun, great atomsphere, fantastic day... although dont be fooled by the elated comments its was still the toughest race I have done to date!! Cant wait untill next time?
