In short: another great day
In full: my second GNR and even managed a PB!!
as others as said the starting pens were crowded and I had to forced my way in but other than that everything was clockwork - was lucky enough to have a VIP pass to get to see and meet the elites and celebs at the end - well worth the trip from essex!

In short: nothing can describe this amazing experience
In full: my first full marathon and the most emotional event of my life I think!
Race perfection albeit the sheer number of people made it difficult to get a constant pace but this is not a bout time - this is just something else
4.04 - I am well pleased !
