In short: Great local race
In full: A great race, i always say first 3.5 miles uphil follwed by a lot of downhil,great organisation,great marshalls well worth the effort.

In short: Great 4 miler well worth the effort
In full: A great little race on a sunday,starts of very quick but then has a mile of uphill before settleing back down again,good marshalling and a good finish..

In short: great race a few hills to test you,well worth the effort
In full: A great race normally run in the sunshine,but this year was run in the rain and wind but did not deter from being a good run...

In short: Great Race,no real hills very good.
In full: Great weather,good race thought the start was better didn't have a problem at the end.
Very sad to hear of the death of David Barlow.

In short: VERY GOOD FRIENDLY RACE,
In full: I HAVE DONE THE RACE EVERY YEAR SINCE IT BEGAN AND DESPITE A FEW TEETHING PROBLEMS I STIIL FEEL IT IS WELL WORTH DOING, I LIKE THE DIARY IT MAKES A CHANGE FROM T-SHIRTS AND MEDALS.
