In short: Lovely start - glorious setting for a race.
In full: Impressive to have Menai Bridge closed to traffic for the start - even had a brass band to send runners on their way. Scenery was stunning - first visit to Anglesey and would like to return to see more. It's also nice to get an event t-shirt in a size that fits.

In short: Wonderful - a must do for off-road enthusiasts
In full: Stunning scenery, challenging terrain, a real sense of achievement when you make it to the finish line. Superbly organised, friendly fellow runners and a rather nice t-shirt too.

In short: Very well organised - well worth the effort.
In full: Really enjoyed the run and thought the event had been very well organised. Particularly liked the very polite marshalls. The whole atmosphere was very civilised - runners were were very considerate of each other - the fact that it was 4 laps meant that at times faster runners had to overtake the slower ones. Very good value for money - what with a t-shirt and a lovely Starbucks goody bag - I've had a cuppa in my Starbucks mug already. Thanks to all involved.

In short: Exhilarating and exhausting - but exhilaration won out ... after I'd crossed the finish line after that tortuous run for home along that pebble beach.
In full: May I just say thanks to the couple who helped me to my feet after I went flying at around the 14-mile mark (they were both wearing Ironman vests so probably found the Grizzly a walk in the park - or maybe not!).
