In short: Getting better every year
In full: Every year the race seems to get better. The race was well marshalled and the route makes the most of the surrounding scenery. My only criticisms would be the start where you can only enter the gated area from the back, the end where there is no help getting timing chips off and given the price of entry, paying extra for the t-shirt made the overall price a bit steep.

In short: Well Organised, good Marshalling, friendly atmosphere. Flat course, but a bit dull
In full: Well organised race. The Marshalls were all friendly and encouraging, the support form the spectators was great. For the rest of the Holiday makers / hen & stag do's they were oblivious to the fact a race was happening. The course flat but a bit dull, the stretch along the lower promenade seemed to go on forever (especially on the second lap). Plenty of water and Lucazade, although using cups meant stopping to drink (All other races I've done don't seem to have a health and safely issue with bottles why this one?) It was just the hot weather that caused me some problems, with more favourable weather there's probably the potential for a good PB

In short: Great Location, Well organised
In full: Very well marshalled & well organised. "4 seasons" weather made it interesting. Really great support from the crowd. Traffic was terrible getting there & leaving. flat fast course.
Given the relatively high cost of entry it's absolutley criminal to only have on size (XL at that) of t-shirt, it's a real let down for an otherwise great event.

In short: Good Race, Much improved from last year
In full: A better route than last year, Some short but steepish climbs, great view of the race from the top of Kenilworth road. Switchbacks towards the end seemed to slow thing sup a bit though
Well organised, slightly irritating having to collect timing chips.
Great support around the whole course, especially at the finish,
Good race, well worth doing
