In short: Mark 2 to up the ratings. Great Challenging August run
In full: Having done the 10k several years ago (no longer running), I knew that it was tough and hilly. DON’T expect a PB, add 25 mins to that. Fantastic view and scenery but killer hills to attack. Well marshalled and nicely organised feel to the race. Will be doing this again next year.

In short: Always found this quite tough, never seem to make up down hill what i lose up hill! P.B. No chance!
