In short: Well done to the organizers In full: Well done to everyone who helped at the race today, from the lads doing the baggage area to the marshals giving water out, Steve Brace, Dereck and Graham who I know have put so much work in to ensure everything ran smoothly.
Everyone seems to be have been quick to criticize in past races, well for me this was close to as good as it gets,no problem with the start, the course was good, yes there were a few small hills come on you cant run 13 mile and expext it to be completely flat, and the support on route was as good as the London Marathon in places fairplay,oh just for the record I had 13.2 miles on my Garmin well done Graham ... In short: Should of had more runners taking part In full: The race has the potential to attract more runners. A map of the course was sent out with the race number, it was'nt hard to work out how to find the start and where to park. Some of the k markers were out and the course was around 25 secs short,3.03 miles on my Garmin. The winning time was 17.40 it made a change from having the speedy boys in the race. (I wonder what makes you a serious runner, somebody who trains 7 days a week and runs 100 plus miles. I dont think so!!!) Date of review: September 29, 2008

In short: A very challenging climb and a steep down hill back to the town. In full: The race was well organized and i had no problems with the route.I turned up unaware it was a fell run and although the hill was long and tough i really enjoyed the challenge. I have to say that i finished up the front and did'nt see anyone taking two t-shirts, i would question the amount of t-shirts that were ordered as there did not appear to be that many on the table when i finished.
Well done to the marshals they did a great job and i would certainly recommend the race to anyone. Can we have the results up on the web site ive noticed the photo's have been up a couple of days now. Date of review: August 1, 2007

In short: well done to mike and his team great race very well organised In full: very windy and a tough course with the two killer hills towards the end.once again very well organised shame about the numbers being down on last here but hopefully other clubs will make sure their races dont clash with this one as this one has been on the calander for a long time. In short: good race well organised In full: a good course though the bridge's slowed you up and the public got in the way. my garmin measured the course at 6.16 miles only slightly short of the 6.2 miles Date of review: February 19, 2007

In short: good race well marshalled great finish in the stadium In full: i have to mention the presentation and awards. my team mate was up for an award having had yet another pb and getting 1st vet.i went along to give him some support at the presentation what a dissapointment when you think of the amount of money that was taken for this event there was only one award for each category, i know lots of people will say how much money was raised for charity and thats great but come on think of all the club runners training week in week out and racing up to 30+ races a year.i think the organisers should take a look at the langport 10k and the awards they were giving 1st 2nd and 3rd for each category. so come on cardiff lets see more awards next year.
