In short: Good flat course, 2nd half is scenic down some pretty country lanes - good pubs in the surrounding villages for a post run pig out!!

In short: I have always achieved a PB at this race - it is an interested course that helps to take your mind of the pain of the hills. The downhill stints help you to get a quicker time!!
