In short: Marshalls were excellent, the lady at mile 4 of the 5-mile loop didn't disappoint, and the lap format meant that i could pace myself well. An ideal pre-marathon race! e

In short: As usual, an excellently organised race - the hills at 3,6 and 9 miles don't get any easier, but that's part of the attraction of this race!

In short: A well organised event, great marshalls! My split times were all over the place due to uneven km markers, I wish I could run a km in 3.08!!!!!

In short: Challenging new course, but very enjoyable!
In full: Excellent orgainsation, brilliant marshalls and although I thought the new course was tougher than the route out towards Redbourn, it was far more enjoyable! I reckon that the numerous inclines made this course tougher than Watford - the hills at 10 and 11 miles were tough! I hope to do this again next year, well done to all those connected with this race!!!!!!

In short: A well-organised race in pleasant Harrow school surroundings!
In full: This is a special local race for me, starting and finishing in the Harrow school playing fields. I have run this for two years now. A challenging route going up (and down!) Harrow Hill twice. Friendly atmosphere with a few family/friends near that start/finish. Plenty of club runners, but also plenty of fun runners.
