In short: Lovely scenic run
In full: Echo the comments about signposting to the event, but once I'd found it - perfect springtime run, daffodils, crocuses, herds of deer, and there were only two hills and they weren't bad. One of the better t-shirts, too.

In short: Cool event - in lots of ways
In full: Wet - very - flat and difficult terrain. Terrific morning's run, only fell over a couple of times, pretty close to Adventure racing. It's a must-do run.

In short: Another hard hill-training session
In full: Puddles were a bit deeper, wider and longer than previous years, still a good run with some worthy climbs.

In short: Hill!
In full: Big hill at the start, as everybody knows, then a new course this year with a couple more serious climbs. Very slippery, almost entirely off-road, difficult to keep your feet, there was a runner in a ditch at the bottom of one descent, and if you run around muddy puddles this isn't for you. If you like a touch of adventure racing and aren't fussed about times, get an entry in for next year!

In short: This one makes you work, gets the hill training for the whole week out of the way in one day
In full: 1st lungbursting mile is all up hill, then a pleasant trot along a rolling bridleway, another sharp climb on tarmac, more bridleway, this one with a rough, fast descent, then a gentle climb before plumetting downhill to the finish.
