In short: Scenic race worth entering
In full: I really enjoyed this one. Local, scenic and a fantastic day. Was expecting to clamber over the starting blow up thing, but it went up in the nic of time. Friendly marshals, who gave me 'vodka' and 'gold' at the end. Just what I needed. Quite a dramatic finish as well! Well done to all and thank you.

In short: Despite the fog, I loved the whole thing.
In full: Other reviews harsh. If you must turn up with 10 mins to go, then parking and toilets always a rush. With 30 mins to spare I entered, went to loo and ambled to the obvious start unruffled. Tracks were lovely and bouncy and great for a post Christmas dash to shake off the grizzly cold and DT's. One of the stewards even caught my gloves and presented them on the finish - marvellous. Unexpectedly large goodie bag too. Yum!

In short: Fantastic!
In full: My first off-road race and I loved every minute of it - truly! Great organisation, smiling marshals at every turn and amazing scenary. I particularly liked the way the mountains (they were not hills) destroyed all the beefy, fit blokes - hee, hee. Thank you to everyone, but next year can we have a few more toilets - I nearly missed the start!

In short: Good race, shame I got lost
In full: I enjoyed this and it was for a good charity. I did not realise that entry on the day meant no tee-shirt. The route was good, quite pretty, but a bit embarrasing weaving through Winchester High Street panting and I got lost a few times because the orange blobs had been trodden on!
