In short: The rain stayed away for what was to be a hard mornings work!!! not a race for those new to running or just getting back into fitness. Mentally and physically challenging but still great fun, loved the extra water and mud!!! will do again next year.
In full: Loved the joker cheering us up the hill too!!!

In short: Hilly, muddy, slippery, very hard work but wellworth it.
In full: Great run, had to use a stick as an ice pick on a few of the hills to climb up them and nearly got run over by three beautiful deer bolting in the forest! Great sunday had by me and the family that came to support me.
