In short: This is a hilly course so don't be fooled like I was!
In full: The weather made this the toughest race I have done yet - it was so hot and sunny that I had sun stoke for two days afterwards. It was well organised with a lot of water stages and supportive marshalls along the way. Not much spectator support on the way round and no protection from the sun.
