In short: Very enjoyable
In full: This was my 5th time (I live in Horsham). As before this was a well organised event which was very enjoyable. Parts of the course were muddy due to recent rain but not enough to cause problems. Friendly marshalls.

In short: Excellent event
In full: This was my 7th time at Barns Green, and as always it was very well organised and marshalled. A very pretty course, with closed roads, and not too hilly.

In short: Friendly and well organised, with excellent marshalls
In full: A very enjoyable race, largely along country trails with last mile or so along roads in the town. Well organised, with lots of marshalls who were very supportive.

Would do it again

In short: Well organised, but so cold!
In full: There was a sharp wind before the start making it very cold whilst waiting for the start, and a short delay didn't help.

Overall a well organised race.

In short: A very enjoyable event
In full: This was a very well-organised event on a very good course; not quite completely flat, but pretty close to it considering that half is on trails and the reaminder is on narrow country roads.

Organisation, marshalling etc was excellent. Thanks to all those involved for an excellent event.

In short: Very enjoyable race
In full: The third time I have done this event (but I do live just a couple of miles away). A really enjoyable, well organised, friendly event. The course is never quote flat, and has a section along a bridele-path, but still give a chance of a PB (in my case the PB is from last year, not this). Thank you.

In short: Escellent race, especially for a first time, and a real rival to London
In full: A very well organised race, an excellent course, first-class marshalling and crowd support which was as good as London.

Minor gripes might be the exit from the finishing area - was it really necessary to route us half a mile towards the Marina, particularly if we wanted to returen to the town centre. But overall a great day.

We done Tim Hutchins, and all the helpers and the crowds.

In short: Very enjoyable and well organised
In full: The course was very pleasant and the marshalls were excellent - all very encouraging. It was a little congested in the first mile or so, and I agree with Grayster H's comments about the traffic on the road near the finish, but overall a very well organised run and ecellent preparation for an April marathon.

In short: Rotten weather and some issues with organisation but I enjoyed it.
In full: Fourth time I have run this race and I agree with most of the postings re the organsiation.

If it is to have 6,000+ runners in future then the bottlenecks need to be sorted, and there were far too many slower runners starting near the front.

But the marshalls etc deserve special thanks for their enthusiasm on a very wet day.

Despite the problems I will be back.

In short: Excellent race in frreezing conditions
In full: This is the third time I have run in this event and it is a good way to start the new year; although quite challenging due to the hills it gives a good assessment of your level of fitness (or otherwise).

As others have said, conditions were freezing but special thanks are due to the organizers, marshalls and others who enabled the event to go ahead, and for similing when they must have been frozen!
