In short: For the 3rd time a Great Race yet next year is in doubt after the Parking fiasco
In full: This really is a great event to do, get yourself to the front of your wave and you get into your stride early on, the last two miles are a killer in bad weather like they were today and for the 3hrs it took to get out of Portsmouth well they either need to plan for so many numbers better or just simply cut the numbers back oh and get rid of the £3 parking fee who has to pay for parking on a sunday anyway.

In short: 3 B*****d Hills and a Beer Mat to Show for it
In full: Lovely race to run even though there are 3 annoying hills around the course yet a flat would be just plain boring, nice course other than that with plently of turns and not just a box circut, little bit disappointed with the mat at the end but at least its something different see you all there next year.

In short: Up, Up, Down, Up
In full: Thats what the course is, I came away from Dartford thinking that it was the hilliest one I've done even though I did Canterbury last year I forgot the hills and I want to forget them again especially just before 4miles I have to mention though what Andy Stevens said before me though what was that woman doing with the dog, I only hope enough people make a comment and she decides to read the complaints that she got, other than that see you again next year you never know it may be flatter well we can all pray :-)

In full: Well the Summary says it all doesn't it, bit of a killer hill at 4miles yet my legs seem made for them and not for the downhills, disappointed that I missed out by 3secs on my PB but ah well see u at Canterbury next week

In short: Gr8 race again, PB destroyed
In full: My 2nd year at the GSR and I for one have to thank the weather no slowing down for water and my PB was destroyed by 14minutes again though bit annoying with the walkers that I nearly ran in2 a few times but no complaints at all
