In short: Beginner friendly trail run
In full: This was a well organised event and I thoroughly enjoyed the run. Very welcoming and a great introduction to trail running for beginners. One thing I would add is that none of the race material included information on how to get there by public transport, it was only 5 mins walk from Chingford station, so very easy. The race organisers could flag that up next time.

In short: Very enjoyable race. Hills were challenging but long rather than steep. Will be back next year.
