In short: Excellent
In full: Not as muddy as expected, but the lake near the start made up for that. Ran like clockwork - not me, the event!

In short: Decent race, despite the weather
In full: Too windy, ankle deep water on the back stretch, muddy. But great fun. Only real issue was the lack of a mat for the chip at the start! Garmin had it as 36.01, chip (somehow) had it at 36.25!!!!

In short: A super Sunday run
In full: As good as it gets for a local half - best runners website there is, superb organisation, friendly marshals, route is as good as you could wish for, even the weather was spot on, and the t-shirt afterwards is the best I have ever had. Oh, and I nailed a PB...

In short: A curates egg of a race
In full: Crap start - how hard is it to put up Predicted Time boards?
Too crowded at the start and round the Bay - needs a course rethink.
How hard is it to estimate the number of Tshirts and keep enough back for the Marathon runners?
The "grasscrete" in the park MUST be carpetted next year!
However,
The crowds in the City were fantastic
The MacMillan guys at the entrance to and exit from the barrage were worth the run alone!
Running through the Castle was special.
And how could anyone not get goosebumps running to the best stadium in the World!!!!!!
