In short: Should do better
In full: The organisers that is. The crowds were brilliant. This event raises valuable funds for a great charity, takes place in a great town and is perfect tune up for London. I'd like to make a few constructive suggestions. 1) the start area is too congested. Either make the race smaller or put facilities nearer to where people actually start, then they might spread themselves out a bit, 2) seeded start pens and starting in waves would make for a better event for all runners, 3) there is no excuse for having two markers for the same mile 50 yards apart, 3) there is no excuse for doing it at two different places on the course, 4) please try and put the markers in roughly the right place. Markers for 3 and 4 miles weren't in the right county and 5) I really don't mind about a goody bag or tshirt. But if you are going to give me a bag then please put something in it.

In short: Fun fun fast
In full: A great event for runners of all speeds. Saturday mornings are a great time to run and Victoria Park is a great place to do it, especially thanks to all the hard work from the organisers.

In short: A perfect summer's evening
In full: There's no better place to enjoy London on a summer's evening that Regent's Park and there's no better way to see the park than a three lap flat 10k. Welcoming but still plenty of challenge. The facilities were great and the entry limit gave it a cosy atmosphere. Well done BBC RC

In short: A perfect day out
In full: Six laps of a flat parkland course shouldn't be such fun but thanks to the hard work of the organisers it is a great day out for runners of all paces (and the best PB chance you're likely to get anywhere outside of a track).

In full: A real treat. The first half involves climbing through gentle hills and lovely countryside before a second hald on wel made tow path. The event ends in an atmospheric finish in the city centre. The organisation was really special from the pre rce information to the road closures. A great day out for runners.

In short: Couldn't be better
In full: Where else could you get a) lovely scenery, 2) a freindly field, 3) fantastically marked trails with good instructions with 4) organisation that could not be faulted? The organisers deserve to be proud of this one. And BTW it's a pretty good run. Take care if the weather's wet.

In short: This is what running is all about
In full: A truely scenic route combined with the challenge of piloting yourself round. Made even better by the chance to enjoy the company of other participants and, not least, the wonderful hospitality of the Fairlands Valley Spartans.
