In short: A friendly and well-organised race.
In full: I had no idea of the course when I arrived and was warned by more experienced runners of the long climbs. However, the race turned out to be not as grueling as some made out. Thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely be back next year.

In short: Fast, well-organised race.
In full: Once again, a well-organised race. Congratulations go to the organisers and marshalls on what was a miserable day; weather wise. Flat, fast course - ideal for PB.

In short: A well-organised race on a very windy day!
In full: I enjoy this race, but today the wind was a killer. However, once again a well-organised and friendly event. A slight change to the course this year and my Garmin measured it at 9.794km. Did anyone else notice this discrepancy? Excellent race!

In short: Glorious day, great course, but poor organisation.
In full: A warm day for running after training in the cold and rain! Entered the start grid at 10.50am - didn't start running until 11.20am - good job the weather was good! Access to water station at the finish needs sorting. Great marshaling though and excellent support from the citizens of Lincoln. Congested start - too many slow runners at the front of the starting grid once again. This was caused by late-arrivals feeding from the front and sides rather than the rear. Great course though.

In short: A challenging course in blustery conditions.
In full: Third time I've done this event and enjoy the challenge each year. Well organised and friendly. Sets me up for the Lincoln 10k - a much less demanding race - in two weeks time.

In short: A fast, friendly and well-organised race.
In full: A glorious day for this fast, friendly and well-organised race. Ideal conditions - bright, but cool - and I was over one minute quicker than last year, so I'm pretty pleased with myself.
