In short: A totally wonderful atmospere - and the sight of everyone running over the Tyne Bridge made me quite emotional and proude to be a northerner!!

In short: A nice way to ease myself into running - plus very moving when you read some of the reasons why people were running. Makes you appreciate how lucky you are to be able to run.
