In full: Very scenic event, well organised, everything clearly labelled. The run itself was very nice through the beautiful scenery and trails and although a couple of hill nothing too strenuous.

A couple of gripes, I entered online in April and after paying my money had to then update my team entrants. I managed to get this wrong somehow, entirely my fault I'm sure but was not on the start list on arrival. Spoke to the info guy and had to pay £7.50 admin charge in order to actually get my number!! I've never entered an event where you have to update your runners details after they take your money. If I had turned up on the day I could have entered without paying the admin fee!!!! I know its only £7.50 but made me feel a bit ripped off.

A second issue was the lack of staff at the first car park at the end of the event, due to the rainfall numerous cars were stuck in the mud trying to pull out and spent half hour pushing other peoples cars out!

Other than these two issues the race itself was good fun, excellent doggy bag and had a great day, would do it again.

In full: Had a bad time myself due to my lack of training but thoroughly enjoyed the event. Plenty of water stations and the welcome energy cubes thats perked me up. Power station stretch was a real drag mentally but soon perked up when reached the final seafront stretch. Organisation was first class and if I was going to do a marathon again it would be this one!

In full: Very well organised, marshalls were all positive offering encouragement, decent options at the feed stations rather than the usual water only option. Coke was welcome at the last feed station prior to the killer last hill which was never ending!! Only did the half, not sure how anyone could do the full. Well done to the organisers and thanks to the marshalls.

In short: Can't disagree with the previous reviews, I didnt think £30 quid was too steep for two okay running t shirts and a wander around Wembley!
