In short: A superb day, amazing atmosphere, perfect conditions for running and a 4 min PB to boot!
In full: Just one slight downer which has been griping away at me. I put on my application that I est a 3:45 but I was put in Pen 6 with runners aiming at 4:15 and I could see the 9mm pacer ahead of me!! I know we are advised to start slowly but it was a bit annoying. This is the second time this has happened to me.

Also . . . sorry to be grumpy . . . RUBBISH T SHIRT!! Must have run out of ideas for that one.

Otherwise a great day and one I will treasure forever. The noise on The Embankment was amazing and did make me go a bit faster there is no doubting that. Thanks to all at team FLM

In short: My first ever 10 k. All a bit daunting but needn't have been. Great atmosphere, friendly and a good run and obviously a PB!
