In full: Big thank you to all the marshalls and the drivers that slowed down and shame on the drivers that thought they were at brans hatch. Thank you to the marshall at 9 miles who put a plaster on my back.

In full: It is now nearly 11 weeks since I ran this race. I have been promised on 2 occassions by email that a goody bag is being posted to me but it has not arrived. I ran 22 races in 2008, this year I added this race to my list, I certainly will NOT add it to my 2010 race calendar. This race advertised that there would be a medal but there wasn't and they accepted entries knowing there were not enought goody bags to go round and I wonder if I am the only disappointed runner who has received nothing.Shame on you organisers!!

In short: Good fairly flat course
In full: No definate start so didn't know when to start my watch. Good course with a few decent hill. Well marshalled and well supported. BUT.... there was NO MEDAL and when I finished there were no goddy bags. I ran 10k for a tray of yoghurt. Do not advertise that there is a medal if there isn't one and don't accept 1250 entrants if you do not have enought goody bags to go round. Not enough toilets, loads of us were using the bushes at 5 to 11

In short: Lovely scenery.
In full: Great course, hills were tough but downhill made up for that. Marshalls were friendly and MOST motorists were considerate!! Will be back next year.

In short: Scenic run
In full: Enjoy the early start. A shame that the mile markers were removed so early, last one I saw was 13 miles. Not much crowd support and quite a few marshalls didn't even smile let alone give encouragement. Nice flat course, great pb potential.
