In short: Could be better...
In full: Beautiful scenic route but with much more runners there'll definitely be problems...Better organisation needed next time - I couldn't find the start and the organisers were still setting up with just minutes to the race. The route was more hilly than undulating and those cattle grids weren't runner-friendly.

In short: Great Race.
In full: It was well-organised - it delivered what it promised. It started on time. The route was well marked and well marshalled. The water stations were well manned and not overcrowded (could use small bottles instead).
They are a few things though that they could improve on. A different and wider starting point to prevent the overcrowding experienced today. They might want to consider staggered starts and finally they should always plan for when the weather takes a turn for the worst. When the rain started pouring down today I noticed everything was kind of disrupted there for sometime especially in the baggage area.

In short: It could do with better organisation.
In full:

#British 10K. That's it! All done! It's all over! And it was a disappointment. As a fun run - great! Great atmosphere, great entertainment but as a PB setting run - a disappointment. Too many runners at the start, route too narrow for the number of runners, too many people walking and holding hands across the route for God's sake! Chaos at the water stations. Organisers could have tried a staggered start or used both sides of the road for the first few kilometres. Aaaaargh!!!! Official time: 52:22 and I didn't even push myself.

In short: It was ok as a fun run....
In full: Getting a Pb was my main goal but a couple of minutes into the race I knew it wasn't going to happen - not with the crowd, people jogging and some walking. A staggered start wouldn't hurt. Finally, better organization is needed. Is that too much to ask?

In short: A Big Race - could do with some more work
In full: I was disappointed with the goody bag: I expected more from ASICS. Too crowded at the beginning with a lot of walkers defeating it's promise as a PB improving race.
