In short: Great run: quiet country lanes, with welocme cooling support from the locals (watepistols/hoses etc!)

In short: Great run, beautful evening and scenery. Support a plenty, especially by the Navigation pub! Shame about some of the traffic, but not the organisers fault. For a beginner, an excellent challenging run. A date in the diary for next year!
