In short: A great race, good organisation, my first time doing it but really enjoyed it, got a PB and the tea and the cakes at the end made it all worthwhile! definately will be back again next year..
In full: Quite enjoyed the race as nice and flat and lovely sunny morning, felt the start was a little small as everyone was jammed in together but apart from that was well organised race, especially liked the water bottle as fed up with getting t-shirts that don't fit! well done St Albans Striders, will be back next year!

In short: A very good race even with the housing estate bit at the beginning, really enjoyed the challenging hills and the nice scenery. The marshalls were very encouraging, a well organised race, definately be back next year, thanks Royston Runners.
