In short: Gets better every year In full: perfect weather and for me, no issues with any parts of the organisation. Re comments with exiting the car park, if you need to be away quickly then park away from the start on the side roads - you may have to walk ten or 15 minutes but it is doable Date of review: March 30, 2009

In short: tough run, but easily accessible and friendly event In full: A tough long pull through a ropey estate between about 2 and 5k, but then it is downhill all the way. A friendly event, everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves and very well marshalled. If you are in striking distance of Manchester then this is an very accessible run. My first ever race!
