In short: Excellent race
In full: Can't fault this race at all. Excellent organisation, excellent marshalls, a friendly atmosphere and a jaffa cake at the end. Perfect. Will definitely be back for the other two in the series.

In short: That was, what I call, challenging.
In full: Blimey, I wasn't expecting that! Depending on which website you looked at prior to the race, you were either expecting an established or first time event; a flat and fast or hilly and challenging route; 150 people or 500 people. It was muddy and hilly and hard and challenging, but ultimately, great fun.

In short: Blimey, that was cold, windy and wet! Lovely friendly local race though and the soup was very welcome. A big thank you to the marshalls, too.

In short: Wasn't expecting that extra half a mile.
In full: I was counting on it being under 3 miles, like it has been the last three years, so got caught out when it was over 4!
