In short: much improved on 07s race
In full: does what it says on the tin - undulating. as for the loos there were six porta loos plus the toilets in the visitor centre. overall thought it went well, agree the funnel should have been longer. good for spectators at the start/finish area and near the lake.

In short: Potentially a great 10k course
In full: This has the makings of a good 10k pb course, but needs marhalls that are directive/vocal the run along the prom was a nightmare having to dodge oncoming runners and then holidaymakers, why was there no lead bike/ surely a cyclist with a whistle would have alerted people to the fact that there was a race in progress. With a bit more thought this could be a good race!

In short: Great night, thanks to all who braved the heat!
In full: Thank you to everybody who did the race on a very hot evening. Re the 3 mile marker sign, on a course that is more than one lap sometimes you will see the 3 mile sign before you reach the 1st mile sign, a look at your watch should give a clue as to what distance you have done. Happy days!
