In short: The best part of the day is the post race (and swim) glow as you took into the brekkie.
In full: Previous particpants had scored this race hightly, and i can fully understand why. The course was tough, but the achievment of finsihing the course more than made up for it. See you next year.

In short: Despite the rain, it was an excellent traffic free course
In full: Organisers only need to improve baggage drop off, but part from that excellent race and well marshalled.

In short: Excellent half marathon
In full: This race had everything, from excellent organistion, through to a lovely course. Goody bag was spot on too, not full of useless stuff. As a HM veteran, i use my vote now for useful t-shirts as opposed to medals.

In short: A wonderful race
In full: Starting and finishing at the Echo Arena is a master stroke, and it made for good crowd viewing too. Parking and toilets were no problems, and the stewards did an excellent job. The course took in two parks and the river bank, and on a glorious day like it was today, it was a pleasure. Only comment to the organisers is that the baggage bus was unmanned, and some runners were hesitant about leaving their bags unguarded.

In short: Bracing sea wind..
In full: ..made this run very special. As a city dweller, i was more than happy to slog it out in the wind and by the sea. Good straight forward course, and excellent stewards. Cakes at the end too were perfect. See you next year.
