In full: A lovely day for a race. As it was so hot we could have done with an extra water station.
That said I love this race.

Does anyone know if the runner who collapsed at 9.5k is ok? I hope he is.

In short: Very nice race, well marshalled
In full: Friendly race, the marshall's were very helpful and friendly.
The course was a little narrow in places but nothing to worry about. Would recommend this as a good beginners first race.

In short: A very different race
In full: First time I have run a 10k race with assault course attached !!! We had a great time, wet with lots & lots of mud.
Everyone was nice and friendly, will have a go again next year. Well done to the organisers and marshalls.Great tee shirt to.

In short: Very good race
In full: Good friendly race,friendly race officials and marshalls. Could do with a few more loo's though. Can't wait for next years race and cakes. Shame the results and presentation of trophys took so long because lots of people had drifted away.This race could challange HBO.
