In short: Great scenery and a chance to run over private land
In full: And lots of marshals helped to keep us on track and motivated!

In short: Great race, great organisation as ever
In full: Really good fun race! I had to walk up the hills, being a bit below race fit but loved the levels and downs! Very friendly and great marshals and organisers - and good tea & cake after! Only critisism is that the race T is identical to last years - please put the year on it or have a different colour next year!

In short: Really enjoyed it!
In full: This was my first half-marathon. I found the terrain fairly easy and teh organisation was excellent! Loads of marshals, lots of water stations (though was a long trek to the end after the last one at about 10 miles) and a great atmosphere. Thanks!

In short: Great race - despite the icy conditions!
In full: I enjoyed myself - it was just a shame that I had to watch my feet so much I couldn't look at the views as much as I wanted to!
The marshals and organisers were great as ever. Recommended!

In short: What a great race - and start to a new year!
In full: My first attempt but I will definitely be back! Really enjoyed it - very hard work (those steps!!) but that just made the feeling of achievement better. And I LOVE that last stretch running flat out down the hill!!
Great organisstion, marshalling, goodies, refreshements - all in all, a great race!
And special thanks for the practice run a couple of weeks before - made all the difference for me.

In short: Very enjoyable but more hilly than expected!
In full: A great run although my thighs really felt those hills! The organisers and marshals were excellent and we benefited from a lovely sunny day.
Will definitely have a go next year and will try to do it better - it's the sort of unique race you can only PB against itself.

In short: Good organisation and marshals. Some nasty hills though and the headwind today made it tougher. Glad I finished before the sleet!

In short: Nice race and friendly atmosphere - I'll be back!
In full: Well organised on the day. Only bad point was that it was a bit disconcerting not getting any info through after entering on-line - it owuld have been useful to say that numbers are given out on the day on the website!

In short: Very friendly, well organised and a good course. Several hills make for easy downs as well as harder ups!
In full: I really enjoyed this, and shaved nearly a minute off my PB. Admittedly it's only my 3rd race! I found the course great but then it's similar to the sort of terrain I use on my practice runs.
Well done to the organisers. I'll be back!

In short: Good fun despite being laps. Nice and flat but the wind was a bit of a hindrance! Still being an irfield I guess you have to expect that! Turned up at 9.10 and still ended up waiting around for the start. Other than that great organisation. Thanks!
