In short: like it says on the tin - Hardest 10k in Britain - but the best!!!!
In full: my second year doing this race, next year will be the 3rd!!!

Much Harder than I remember and life conspired against me meaning I was 4 minutes slower than last year!! although I made it .25 mile longer..

support is brilliant, marshalls excellent, best quality good bag ever. nice touches with the soup, food and carrot.

Wore my hat and top all day long.

First race where I have seen NO MP3 players... tells you everything you need to know..

great costumes, great race..

In short: What a fanstastic race!!!
In full: My first competitive 1/2 Marathon... how fanstastic..

Route was really good.. mile markers were spot on.. support was great.. gave the wife lots of opporunity to meet me and give me encouragement..

Plenty of water.. plenty of sponges..

I loved the fact the kids of the supporters got inlvolued with drinks/sweets and high fives..

organisation was brilliant.. enough toliets to use happily!!

best goody bag ever!! /I hope Quintiles keep sponsering and the events continues to get better..

In short: Great Way to Start the year
In full: A great way to start the year...

My first Knacker Cracker, don't know what to say really. fantastically fun, well organised and how bloody hard... I know Box Hill would be bad but I didn't know about the steps..

I will be back for the other Trionium races later in the year... but having done some hill training first..

In short: Great Race - even better goody bad - shame about the start
In full: This race was my fist 5 miler and it was fantastic. Great organisation and superb goody bag (easily the best I’ve ever had!!), well organised, my only comments, the start was congested – it could be with being about double the width and an additional water station would of been nice around 3-4 mile point. Great atmosphere and I’ll be back hoping for a faster time and hopefully slightly colder day :)

In short: Good Course, slight problems with the start - I didn't know where it was. last 2km on the path next to a road was a little hard to pass other runners. finish in park was a good touch. parking was my biggest issue...

In short: Good venue - possible improvements with different organisation??
In full: My first race, didn't know what to expect but comments:
1-parking - why did they organise it that way?
2-start time - a little annoying I had to wait in the rain for late entrants.
3-start - took me at least 30 secs to cross the start as I started near the back
4-course - surely better to run around the lake than just up and down one side? also meant support was very limited except at the start/finish
5-good bag - a little slim

Over all I enjoyed the experience, didn't finish last (a personal goal :)) and found the friendliness of other runners fantastic - I will be back for more races - at this venue and others.
