In short: One to have ticked off!!
In full: Glad to have taken part but not sure I would do again. Agree with the comment about lack of First Aid/marshalls-went to assistance of guy who hurt his knee and who was diabetic-no assistance in sight. Hope he was ok. Delay at finish to collect medal far too long in cold wet clothing and changing area ridiculously small. A big thanks to the 2 guys who helped me through the Bog of Doom-at 4ft 11 I really struggled with the depth and cold!! Thanks so much guys x
