In full: A very interesting and quite challenging course - marshals were brilliant - thank you to the one who tied my shoe lace for me!! Lots of lovely spectators - thank you for all the support. a great race!

In short: hilly, but made worthwhile by scenery and marshalls
In full: a challenging run because of hills and wind, but lovely Kent countryside made it worthwhile. Shame there were no bananas left for the tail-enders.

In full: A list of thanks: Thanks to Bupa - who know how to organise a mass event, thanks to the people of Prtsmouth who were great supporters all the way round the course in the rain, and to God for not blowing the wind down the esplanade this year!!!! This is the nicest 10 mile run ever!!!!

In full: everything's been said. just want to highlight a) on the negative - why didn't the stingy b******ds give us a free tshirt, and b)on the positive side - thanks to the fantastic people of Woolwich (especially the women in Ha-Ha road for braving the rain for so long.
