In short: Wet, windy, hilly and a really good race
In full: 3rd time I've done this race and it's always good. Challenging course, no chance of a PB unless it's your first one or you're much fitter than you've ever been. But great fun, good marshalls, great goodie bag - medal, lucozade sport and a mars bar and that's all I want! Well done David again for getting the event so well organised in such tricky conditions, and for getting the results to us so quickly.

See you next year.

In short: Love it, love it, love it!
In full: My 3rd FLM in a row, and enjoyed it more than ever this year (getting my sub-3:30 may have helped).
The levels of organisation still astound me - amazing how they get it to run like clockwork every year. Incredible. And an excellent goodie bag too.
Great support from the huge crowds as always - makes you feel fantastic and that it's all worth it, however much it hurts.
A truly fantastic event that I can (and do) recommend to anyone and everyone.

In short: Well organised, good fun, and a PB - what more do you need?
In full: Very well organised, well marshaled, and accessible for the non-club runner like me. Great selection of sandwiches and cakes at the end, nice medal, all good. And a pretty, flat course made for a very pleasant race.

In short: Superb. Will be back next year
In full: Great race. Everything very well organised, including starting bang on time which is pretty rare. Very nice bagels, nice towel, everyone very cheerful and helpful, and one of the best courses for a PB in London. Wonder if the chap in gold hot pants got a PB?

In short: Well-organised, fast, flat and fun
In full: Well done to the organisers, a very good race. Everyone was very friendly and it was a great course around a lovely London park.
Will definitely be back next year, a real summer evening highlight.

In short: A great race again and, thankfully, a bit cooler than last year
In full: A highlight of my running calendar. OK, so we had to move a few metres back at the start because we were lined up in the wrong place. But still a great park to race in, friendly marshalls, well organised. And got a PB in this race for the third time in four years. Can't be bad.

In short: Great race, well organised but tough hills in places
In full: Really enjoyed this, very well organised and a nice atmosphere. Great value too. Was suprised to find London was 3rd out of the 3 cities - but a closer examination of the average times (I work with data, it's what I do) reveals the following: Liverpool's average time was quicker than London's, true. BUT London's men AND London's women had quicker averages than Liverpool's men and women respectively. What does this mean? Liverpool beat London because they had a much bigger gender divide, i.e. not that many women took part in Liverpool. So hats off to all the London women who got out there and ran faster than the Liverpudlian women on a warm, hilly course.

In short: Well organised, well supported, and a great finish
In full: Very good race, and very well organised considering the numbers taking part. I didn't have any problems with the baggage tents, although I might be a good idea to re-organise this for next year. Other issue for Londoners - difficult to get from London on the morning of the race because of tube starting later on Sundays. Maybe start the race half an hour later next time?

In short: Still a good race, but forgot just how hilly.
In full: Snowed last year, chucked it down with rain at the start this year, but I guess that's February. Well-organised and well-marshalled again, and would have been more fun had I been fitter! Last few hills a killer.

In short: Great fun, fabulous marshalls, excellent goodie bag
In full: I'll be back next year - this was a treat. Being cheered on by the marshalls is such a nice touch. And the goodie bag had just what you need - cereal bar, bagel and fruit. Many thanks to the organisers for making it such a good event.
