In short: Super friendly, very well marshalled, nice winding country lanes In full: Loved how the parking, loos and registration were all really close - no need to panic if you're a bit late! The start was on the road outside - so leave a few mins to get there. Really well marshalled - felt very well looked after. And a great goody bag. Water, a handy hat, which I put on straight away as it was freezing, and a big bar of choc, and a medal. Great day. Thanks to all concerned. Date of review: January 21, 2013

In short: Marshalls brilliant, atmosphere & support good. Race seemed less than 13.1miles, not enough water stations, and £20 unafil a bit steep for what you get. In full: Really enjoyed the run. Seemed to be quite a lot shorter than a full half distance. 12.1miles on garmin. Only 2 water stations. A snack in goody bag and a medal instead of a t-shirt would've made me happier. Great for parking, nice clean facilities, fantastic staff and very encouraging marhsalls. PRobably wont do it again as wasn't local for me. Nice and friendly atmosphere and not v hilly.
