In short: Flat - Hurray!
In full: A nice flat race, and who knew there was so much nice scenery around Southend? The organisers are obviously a bit wary after the amount of people who were ill last year (you will be reminded constantly to drink water)but well marshalled. Handy hint - park round the corner to avoid the car park and nip to the loo in McDonalds, much easier

In short: Running through the woods and jelly babies? What more could you want? A brilliant race - highly recomended

In short: Yes there are hills, but don't forget that you get to run downhill too! Nice scenery and friendly marshals, a good race.

In short: A flat half - hurray! Bit suspicious about the actual distance but knocked 8 mins off my pb so who's complaining?

In short: Lost my will to live half way up Spring Hill but gorgeous scenery and good marshalls helped make up for it.
