In short: Not much to say, it was ok, but no more than that. "Goody bag", the word goody should be removed. It was a bag full of very little
In full: Organisation very disappointing, no one appeared to in charge. Plus a bizarre system, whereby you queued up, then someone would shout "look for your names on the list first in order to get your number" then you would have to queue again.

Trying to get a bottle of water, very difficult, need more than one refreshment point. Goody Bag, contained a green banana, energy bar, a drinks bottle, and bits of paper.

In short: Attention to detail
In full: ran it last year (2006, but the hill seemed steeper this time round. The drink stations are not ideally placed, again. Staff as friendly as positive as ever. but it cost a few pounds more to enter and there was no goody bag this year. So all in all, not overly impressed, which did not help as I ran my worst time ever, by a country mile.
Not impresSecond time for me, not ready f

In short: I'm Running it again next year
In full: Excellent course, for any first timers and im not a pro, its very flat, you cant ask for flatter. Mile markers are very clear. Nice finishing area, only notable point is that the course due to the rural nature lacks supporters which always helps when you are tired
