In full: A very good race. Many thanks to Mike from Sevenoaks who encouraged me to keep going. Thanks for a great event to the organisers, marshalls etc. Love the towel but not the worms! yuk

In short: It was tough going in the heat and up the hills but my first 10K which was very enjoyable, resulting in a respectable time
