In short: Great atmosphere and well organised!!
In full: Had a great time, spoke to Paula Radcliffe on the Saturday as well so that was worth the trip up from Liverpool (what a nice lady). Ran my PB in spite of the hills. Just a great atmosphere, lots of drink stations and St John ambulance passing out vaseline was a bonus. Only down side was the journey home 5 hours to Liverpool.

In short: Good atmosphere, no complaints great T shirt and medal.
In full: A great race, what a way to spend a Sunday morning, felt exceptionally warm running in the tunnel though. Really glad I took part in this event. For the past 11 years every day I've travelled to the Wirral through the tunnel and have had to pay £2.60 for the privilege. Plenty of water and Ricky Tomlinson had the time it seems to congratulate all.

In short: Well organised relly enjoyed the race
In full: Well attended, good marshalling. Being a beginner went to the back of the queue so there was no problem getting to the starting line as everybody had already gone through.
