In short: Brilliant 10K squeezed in on holidays!
In full: Playful course, big hill nr the start. Small field of runners. Medal and goodybag for a small entry fee. Great tea/cakes/bacon rolls after. Managed to PB on a bonkers course. Rsult!

In short: The start and finish were shambolic, cramped and should not have had spectators in these areas however the course was better than I expected for support and it was a good day.
In full: That scree hill into gosford house was a nightmare!! definitely need to re think the start and finish. goody bag was pants and the expo was teensy.

Was a good day though and would do it again

In short: I was placed in the last group to start and couldn't get into a pace at all and was really hacked off. I know starts can be busy but I only got into a comfy pace on the hill. It's a local race for me but I'll not be doing it again.

In short: MUCH better organised, well done for getting your finger out and rising to the challenge. Thanks to all the marshalls and first aiders on a ridiculously hot day. I had a great time
