In short: Brilliant race but once again its the downhill running that really kills
In full: Fantastic race on a beautiful day and great organisation. Support out on the course excellent with marshalls, first aid, drinks etc at regular intervals. Last 4 miles along the river spectacular with a finish in the shadow of Tintern Abbey. All helps to anaesthetise you to pain coming from your legs !! A big thankyou to Chepstow Harriers and all their helpers for a great day
