In short: Great practice for London, well organised and enouraging marshallls
In full: Loved the marshalls at Stevington cross road - thank you! Great run, lovely atmosphere and wonderful organisation. Tried and tested London marathon plan, it worked. Really enjoyed the run - Bedford Harriers runners were supportive and friendly round the course. Will only be back if I enter a marathon again!!! The marshalls on Oakley bridges even managed to contend with a tractor in the middle of us runners.

In short: Beautiful place to run and well organised, great training for the London Marathon
In full: Slight delay at the beginning apparently due to congestion outside the car park. We got there at 10.20am (left Bath at 8am)and had no probs - might suggest future runners aiming to get there an hour before (as instructed) which would help all the fellow runners waiting at the start line!

In short: Gales, rain, beautiful scenery and happy marshalls!
In full: This is one of the best races in the year - so beautiful, challenging and felt very well looked after by the marshalls. Muscles still hurting today but it was worth it!

In short: Fantastic scenery, hard run
In full: Still aching today but a great challenge. The beginning is a killer but then you get to enjoy it a bit more once on top of Stone Barrow. The Fire Hose was well received at the end!!

In short: Good with room for improvment
In full: On a very positive note queuing up for the start in Pulteney Street is great and the supporters all the way round were superb, especially the house music fromthe student digs and the family who played the Proclaimers 'I would walk 500 miles!'. The overall organsiation was good and the runners village works really well. On a negative note public transport to the race was horrendous and my offical time is nearly 3 minutes slower than the time I had - was there a problem with the badge chips?
