In short: Hard work BUT worth it 4 London!
In full: Nice organisation and fab run...hard but fun and good value...
Methinks they should scrap the 13 mile though and just re-name it the "A2 Path & Downs 20+ Mile Pre-VLM run"

In short: Great Crowds...well done Hastings!!
In full: I get close to my PB here but not close enough...I think the crowds and the race course are incredible BUT there are some organisational gripes...1, Been nice to have the drinks and tea and food at the end better marked and the bloody prams!! LOL My family had to grab a drink, knowing the hard effort there is to get the drinks...a better funel system could be used....Or a goodie bag with isotonic drink and meday/fruit and nuts...I'd pay an extra quid for that...BUT i'll be back...You can't get perfection in life BUT let's seee if they take some of this on-board.

In short: Great Day, few gripes though...
In full: Loved it and the NE people are sooo friendly!! :-) I couldn't find the start at first, the toilet cues are ridiculous at beginning (so i took a slash on the verge) BUT my biggest gripe is the slow runners in front!! I am no Paul Tergat and was in PEN C but there were clearly 2hr max in front of me, which made me zig zag past them all in the first mile in 6:15, which screwed me up!! LOL Big lesson there...Why can't people just be honest about thier predicted time!?

Food in goody bag should have been more grub!!! Long cues in car - but what ya expect. I'd do it again if i had the cash - if ya from london - ity's a long way BUT a fab memory...maybe when i am 40!!!

In full: A great race and fab momento!! great goody bag BUT let's have that Gel at the half way point or 5 miles - (Like kent coastal)!! Great race , so it should have a higher profile - as organised as Hastings!!
