In short: frantastic venue with a fast course. good encouragement from the other runners, crowd and stewards. i really had a good morning!

In short: excellent organisation and very friendly atmosphere. would have prefered a clock at the finish, I forgot my watch!

In short: a lot hillier than i expected that part of Lancashire to be! had to work really hard to get up the hill at the 6-7 mile point but it was worth it in the end. Lovely scenery!
