In short: A Fantastic Event
In full: This was my 1st ever PLS 10k and I really enjoyed it. Managed to get a PB on what is a relatively flat course, which has great views over the River Mersey. It was a well organised event and the marshalls were friendly and always cheering and clapping as you ran past. I would recommend this to anyone and will be back next year. Well Done to all concerned at Penny Lane Striders

In short: Fantastic.
In full: Really enjoyed this event. Well organised, marshalls giving encouragement to you on the way round. Like the idea of you name on the race number as people shouted you by name as you went round. I had no problem with the chip timing, it was the same as my garmin. Great to start and finish on the track. Will be back next year. Well Done to all involved

In short: Great Race and Well Organised
In full: Really enjoyed this event. Well organised from start to finish. Great to run across the Widnes/Runcorn Bridge. Nice flat course. A little dull running along Ditton Road but then really nice scenary running into Hale and to the finish in the park. Race Marshall's were friendly and gave plenty of encouragement. Will be back next year.

In short: Fantastic
In full: What an event. Enjoyed every minute of it. Thousands of Santa's having fun and raising money, what more could you want on a cold December morning. Great medal, t-shirt and goody bag. Ran it on my own but the atmosphere was still fantastic.
Will be back next year and will get friends and family to join in rather than stand and watch.

In short: Enjoyable first ever 10k
In full: As my first ever none training run i really enjoyed this event. Friendly and encouraging atmosphere. Well marshalled. Liked starting and finishing on the track (even though a little crowded at the start). Nice T-shirt and I will be back next year. Water stop was greatly welcomed.
